Dear John Waters,
I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased we are with our new heating and air system. We live in an eighty-year-old 3,000 square foot house that was originally heated with a gravity furnace. The previous owner had converted the house to a forced air system that was totally inadequate. In the winter there were many cold spots, and we had to keep the thermostat at 65 degrees most of the time, because the furnace would run constantly. In the summer when the outside temperature rose into the high 80s, the air conditioner could not keep up, and we would turn off the system then retreat to the basement. Jeff Hill and his team improved our heating and air system 100%. After a careful study and analysis of our house, Jeff made several recommendations on how to improve comfort and efficiency. Jeff and his team changed the ductwork so that each floor had its own trunk and installed a high efficiency dual fuel heating and air unit. This was done with only a few visual changes to the old house we love. Jeff’s crew was very neat and cleaned up at the end of every day.
We are now comfortable year round, and our LG&E bills have been greatly reduced. We are on estimated payments that went from $186 per month to $114 per month. We even got one month with no bill, due to our account having such a large credit balance. We are very happy to have a warmer house with a lower bill.

It had been quite a few years since you had done a job for me when I was part of ADN Contractors. But when my problem arose, I thought of you first. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your prompt response to the situation. Your workmen were very efficient and I heard no complaining about working in the rain and mud. Everyone I talked with at your company was as professional as possible and you are to be proud of that.
